Samurai Troopers' Second Season Part Airs in July

Oh great, more 'Samurai Troopers.' The second part of this thing is airing in July, apparently. They've released more cast info, a video, and an illustration. So, if you're still obsessing over this show, there you go. Don't expect me to be jumping up and down about it.

I suppose it's good for the people who are really into these old-school samurai stories. Lots of armor, lots of dramatic poses, probably. It’s just… is it really necessary? I mean, I guess if it’s popular enough to warrant a second part, who am I to complain? Still, it feels a bit… dated, doesn't it?

Anyway, if you’re one of those who can’t get enough of this kind of thing, go ahead and get excited. I’ll be over here, pretending I’m not watching it. Unless, of course, there's some unexpected plot twist that actually makes it interesting. But I doubt it.
