You know, I was actually expecting this to be a one-season wonder, but here we are. 'Reborn as a Vending Machine, I Now Wander the Dungeon' is apparently getting a third season. I mean, it's certainly a… unique concept. A sentient vending machine in a fantasy world. Who would have thought? But they've apparently found enough material and fan interest to warrant another go-around, which, honestly, I can't quite wrap my head around.

They've released a new video revealing the music artists for this upcoming season. VIVARUSH will be handling the opening theme, titled 'Jihankism,' which sounds appropriately quirky. And for the ending, we'll have FUWAMOCO performing 'Mekurumeku Rendezvous.' I suppose if you're invested in the series, these musical additions will add to the… vending machine experience. It premieres on April 1st, which is just a little bit ironic, isn't it?

Look, I'm not saying it's going to be bad. It's just that the premise is so absurdly specific that I struggle to see how they've maintained momentum. But hey, if people are enjoying the quiet contemplation of a vending machine protagonist and its interactions with various adventurers, then more power to them. It’s certainly a niche that’s been filled, and apparently, it’s a niche that requires more than one season.
