Eren the Southpaw Drops Electrifying New Theme Song Previews

Oh great, another anime series. Just what the world needed. I suppose I have to acknowledge it exists, even if I have zero interest in the actual plot. This time around, we've got 'Eren the Southpaw,' which sounds… vaguely threatening. And naturally, they've decided to grace us with previews of their theme songs. Because apparently, the soundtrack is the *most* crucial element of any show, right? As if the animation, story, or character development matters at all.

ALI is apparently doing the opening, "Funkin' Beautiful feat. Zorn." Sounds… energetic. I'm sure it's very loud. And Ima Murasaki is handling the ending, "New Walk." I'm picturing something equally forgettable, but hey, maybe it'll be surprisingly tolerable. It’s a gamble, and I'm not exactly invested in winning this one. The snippets themselves are just that – snippets. Enough to tease, not enough to actually judge. It's all marketing fluff, isn't it?

So, there you have it. New music for a new show. Try not to get too excited about it. I'll be here, judging from afar, probably unimpressed. Unless, by some miracle, it's genuinely good. Which, let's be realistic, is highly unlikely. But one can always hope for a tiny, minuscule sliver of unexpected quality to break through the mediocrity. Don't expect me to admit it if I find something I actually like, though. That would be far too embarrassing.
